FIELD: textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: spinning machine has main electric engine and aperture-forming mechanism has auxiliary electric engine, said engines being controlled by means of controller through transmitting of signals. Method involves operating spinning machine, beginning from starting, at the initial state at settable rotational velocity corresponding to motion at a rate of creepage while operating aperture-forming mechanism, beginning from starting, by accelerating it to operating rotational velocity with acceleration dependent only upon drive itself; thereafter, starting spinning machine upon reaching of set positional value, rotational velocity or torque, or time from set rotational velocity abruptly to operating rotational velocity, and/or vice versa, during stopping, respectively, abruptly braking spinning machine to set rotational velocity in order to stop it at a predetermined time while retarding aperture-forming mechanism at a slower rate as compared to initially abrupt braking of spinning machine.
EFFECT: improved operating characteristics of spinning machines with different aperture-forming mechanisms.
