FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the weaving and shedding machine controlled acceleration method. Weaving and shedding machines controlled acceleration method, where the weaving and shedding machine are connected to the controls, weaving machine is driven by the main drive, shedding machine is driven by the auxiliary electric motor drive, weaving and shedding machines are connected by means of one common converting intermediate circuit for the energy flow transmission, shedding machine is started at the t0 time and until the t1 time is accelerated to the some over speed, which lies above its operating speed, at that, the t1 time lies before the t3 time, the weaving machine starts at the t2 time, and the weaving machine starting phase lies in the time interval from the t2 time to the t3 time, and in the said starting phase, power transmission (reverse powering) is performed from the shedding machine to the weaving machine by means of the converting intermediate circuit. According to the invention, between the t0 and t1 times the shedding machine is accelerated to the predetermined over speed and the shedding machine rotation frequency curve gradient at the starting phase later stage is more negative than in the earlier stage.
EFFECT: disclosed is the weaving and shedding machine controlled acceleration method.
