SUBSTANCE: device comprises pillar (3), axle (4), support (5), and control member (6). The top end of pillar (3) is provided with through opening (321) in the axially direction. Axle (4) is mounted for permitting rotation at the top end of pillar (3) and passes through opening (321) in the axial direction. Support (5) is mounted on axle (4) for permitting rotation together with axle 94) and is used for holding the object. Control member (6) is movably mounted on pillar (3), locks axle (4), and control of axle (4) together with support (5) for permitting rotation around the axis of rotation until it is set in a desirable angular position with respect pillar (3).
