FIELD: chemical industry; methods of manufacture of the ceramic filtering components with the fibrous structure.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of manufacture of the products with the composite fibrous structure of the material, in particular, to the manufacture of the ceramic filtering component for purification of the high-temperature gas. The technical result of the invention is the increase of the permeable porosity, productivity and reliability of the ceramic filtering component. The method of manufacture of the ceramic filtering component with the fibrous structure includes the dispersion of the ceramic fibers up to the preset ratio L/d, preparation of the suspension out of the ceramic fibers, the polymeric binding, the ceramic bond, the deposition, drying and firing. The indicated dispersion is conducted at presence of the surface-active substance (SAS). For preparation of the indicated suspension use the mixture of the Bingham liquids containing the polymeric binding of the film type and the ceramic bond. In the produced liquid mixture introduce the indicated fibers; realize homogenization in the mode of the shift tensions; then carry out the deposition of the produced suspension by means of filtration under the rarefaction onto the hollow water-permeable mandrel, which form and dimensions corresponds to the hollow internal volume of the ceramic filtering component at the preset angle of the suspension flow motion vector with relatively to the surface of the filtration; conduct drying of the blank from residual quantity of the liquid, burning at the temperature of formation of the crystal phases of the preset chemical composition of the ceramic bond, but below the temperature of recrystallization of the indicated fiber material. In the capacity of the indicated fibers use the technological wastes at manufacture of basaltic or quartz, or kaolin fibers or the acicular monocrystals of zirconium oxide, aluminum oxide or their mixtures. In the capacity of SAS are used the fatty acids from the series: oleic acid, stearic acid, linolenic acid, linoleic acid, palmitic acid, arachidonic acid or their mixtures at their contents from 0.5 up to 1.5 mass % to the weight of the indicated fibers; in the capacity the polymeric binding of the film type is used polyvinyl alcohol or polyvinylbutyral in amount of 1.5 mass % up to 6 mass % to the weight of the indicated fibers; in the capacity of the ceramic bond use orthophosphoric acid or aluminum phosphate or magnesium phosphate, or aluminomagnesium phosphate, or aluminoboric phosphate or their mixtures in amount from 3 up to 8 mass %, to the weight of the indicated fiber. The indicated Bingham liquids have the dynamic viscosity of 35-50 Pa·s. The indicated deposition is realized at the angle of the vector of the flow of the produced suspension with respect to the surface of filtration varying from 0° up to 90°C, and drying of the blank from the residual amount of the liquid is realized on the indicated mandrel by air blowing at the temperature of 60-100°C.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased permeable porosity, productivity and reliability of the ceramic filtering component.
