FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for analysis of food products, fodder and fodder additives, agricultural products of vegetal origin, as well as in medicine. Method for simultaneous quantitative determination of a mixture of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 by stripping voltammetry involves converting aflatoxins of sample solution using anode stripping voltammetry in differential mode and glass-carbon indicator electrode. Accumulation of mixture of aflatoxins in stirred solution is performed during 30-40 s at electrolysis potential Ee=(0.0±0.05) V relative to saturated silver chloride electrode on background of 0.1 M of ammonium sulphate in range of pH from 4 to 5 with subsequent recording anode peaks in differential mode capturing curves at a rate of potential sweep from 20 to 30 mV/s. Concentration of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2 mixture is determined by peak height in range of potentials Εp(G1)=(+0.252±0.001) V, Εp(Β1)=(+0.505±0.002) V, Ep(B2)=(+0.675±0.007) V, Ep(G2)=(+0.902±0.001) V by standard mixtures addition method.

EFFECT: simultaneous determination of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 mixture.
