SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with comparing the results of ultrasound diagnostics both before and after therapy to detect the contour of m.ileopsoas under reconstruction. Positive results demonstrate increased size of muscles and enhanced echogeneity. Application of the present method enables to detect alterations in the structure and the shape of m.ileopsoas according to US-echograms, remove radiation loadings and shorten the period of patients' inspection and its cost.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of sonographic control.
