FIELD: utilization of the industrial and household wastes.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of utilization of the industrial and household wastes, in particular to reprocessing of the outworn motor car and other tires. The method of grinding of the outworn tires provides, that the tires grinding is conducted in the located inside the body of the grinding device working chamber equipped with the additional cutting tools fixed on the walls of the working chamber by the stream of the subjected to grinding products formed by the rotating cutters and the guiding apparatus. In the beginning they exercise the primary rough grinding under action of the rotor established under the loading unit and rotating at the lowest rate and the fixed cutters on the body and the cutters of the next -the second rotor rotating with the higher rate, than the first rotor. Then the roughly ground material is subjected to the grinding by the second rotor and the fixed cutting tools on the body and the cutting tools of the next rotor. Then the material is fed to the last rotor rotating with the greatest rate, where the material is ground down on the cutting tools, and unload it. The invention provides the device, in which inside of the working chamber there are mounted additional rotating rotors having the similar directions of rotation with the rotor established under the loading unit, on which there are the cutters entering the contact between them through the ground products and with additional fixed cutters, disposed on the walls of the working chamber. At that the circular velocity of the rotating cutting tools of the different rotors has much higher values in those of them, which are more closely arranged to the mounted at the outlet the working chamber unloading unit. The invention ensures reduction of the power expenditures and the increase of efficiency of grinding.
