FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: gaseous hydrocarbon raw material is burned in the burner chamber 1. The resulting channel carbon black is deposited on the rotating precipitation surface and is removed from it. Flue soot and gas products containing channel carbon black not extracted on the precipitation surface are directed for capturing into the pipeline 4 through the opening 2 and the aspiration hood 3 mounted parallel to the burner chamber roof, with an adjustable gap equal to 0.5-3.5 of the opening 2 diameter and having geometrical dimensions similar to the burner chamber roof. Thereinafter the soot and gas products are fed to the capturing device 7 for the carbon black directed further to processing and packaging, and the cleaned flue gases are removed into the atmosphere via the smoke exhauster 8 and the exhaust pipe 9.
EFFECT: reduction of carbon-containing emissions into the atmosphere to a level complying with environmental requirements, and the simultaneous increase in the yield of carbon black channel.
