FIELD: medicine, in particular, pathophysiology, possible use for modeling pancreatonecrosis in experiment.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, auto-bile is injected. Its draining is obstructed. Auto-bile is injected into tissue of pancreatic gland of rat in amount 0,15-0,25 ml/kg with ligation of common bile canal for 12-24 hours directly in front of its exit into duodenum.
EFFECT: possible creation of model of pancreatonecrosis, maximally close to clinic.
