FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves blocking outlet pancreatic ducts by setting catheter into the common pancreatic duct through incision in its wall. 3 ligatures are applied above the catheter on both sides of the duct wall incision before bifurcation point of common bile duct to lobal hepatic ducts. Proserin is administered in subcutaneous way and mixture of fatty meat broth with ethyl alcohol that causes pancreas secretion stimulation. EFFECT: reduced scale of traumatic complications; high reproducibility and accuracy of experimental results; excluded side effects.
