FIELD: engineering of radio communications, possible use for detecting movable objects, including aircrafts, for determining their location, movement parameters and for tracking them.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, system contains ground network, connected through control stations via two-sided radio communication channels to navigation satellites, client devices, current surveillance service and onboard complexes for data transmission on movable objects. Added to device is additional ground network, connecting by two-sided communication channels additionally included ground data transfer complexes, and also client devices and current surveillance service, while ground complexes for transferring data by two-sided radio communication channels are connected to onboard complexes for transferring data of movable objects, which in turn are connected to each other by two-sided radio communication channels, while navigation satellites by one-sided radio communication channels are connected to both onboard data transfer complexes of movable objects and ground data transfer complexes.
EFFECT: simplification of system, increased reliability of system.
