EFFECT: real-time monitoring of the location of mobile objects and tracking movement thereof in order to improve reliability of transmitting data from a signalling radio signal receiving station at an information mapping station, by avoiding the transit of messages through a control station and two groups of ground communication channels, reducing delay of said information, enabling selection of a channel with the most powerful received radio signal at mobile objects during movement thereof in multiple overlapping coverage areas.
