SUBSTANCE: a child's parent should fill in a form consisted of 45 items that reflect the presence of psychic tension and neurotic tendencies distributed by 9 scales according to the blank for answers given in description referring to: the degree of manifestation of autonomic dysfunctions, asthenia, dream disorders, appetite disorders, manifestations of depressive spectrum, increased anxiety, phobias, pathological habitual actions, extrapunitive aggression. Every affirmative answer should be evaluated as 1 point and at achieving more than 2 points by scales 1-4 one should diagnose neurotic tendencies, and by scales 5-9 - psychic tension. Moreover, detecting neurotic tendencies demonstrates the necessity to consult juvenile neurologist or psychotherapist, and detection of psychic tension points at the necessity to consult juvenile psychiatrist or psychotherapist. The innovation suggested widens the number of means for differential diagnostics of psychic tension and neurotic tendencies in children and teenagers.
