SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for absorption of toxins and dioxins at treatment of the animals and purification of foodstuffs and water. The invention represents the method of production of the active charcoal intended for purification of the feedstuffs from the poor-removable average-molecular toxins of the fumonizin type triggering activation of the carbonized fragments of the carbon-containing material at 850-880°C in the tubular retort furnace at the factor of filling of 12-18 % volume by the steam with the contents of 0.5-1.5 % of oxygen; cooling with the speed of 15-20°C per a minute and the subsequent crushing up to the particle size of 0.5-1.5 mm. The offered method allows producing the active charcoal with the big volumes of the micropores and mesopores. This makes its usage perspective for the detoxication of feedstuffs from fumonizin in the poultry farming and in the solutions of the ecological problems at purification of the water and soils from dioxins.
