FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology, medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of organic synthesis. Invention describes a method for synthesis of 5-acylperhydro-1,3,5-dithiazines of the general formula: 
wherein R means hydrogen atom (H), -CF3 group. Method involves interaction of formaldehyde an aqueous solution saturated with hydrogen sulfide with aqueous solutions of amides of the general formula: 
wherein R means H, -CF3 in the presence of a buffer solution butanol - sodium butylate in the mole ratio amide : formaldehyde solution = 1:3 at temperature 40°C and at constant stirring for 6 h. Substances synthesized by the proposed method can be used as both radioprotective, anti-tumor and diuretic agents and as selective sorbents and extractants of noble and precious metals. The yield of the end products is 40-95%.
