FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: sequence of polynucleotide is determined by change of nonlinear optical signal or linear optical signal associated with nonlinear signal recorded in interaction of enzyme immobilized in fixed position with separate base of the targeted polynucleotide that can interact with nucleotide chain and move continuously along it. Using the invention allows carrying out to determine the sequence of polynucleotides of large size with high degree by automatically controlled process. Invention can be used in sequencing of polynucleotide sequences.
EFFECT: improved method of sequencing.
