SUBSTANCE: invention provides a method for genomic DNA amplification, for example, a complete genome, involving using a transposase system to obtain fragments of genomic DNA, containing primer binding sections, isolating each fragment in oil inside its own water microdroplet together with reagents for PCR amplification, amplification of each fragment inside its own water microdrop, demulsification of microdroplets in order to obtain amplicons and amplicon sequencing.
EFFECT: disclosed are methods for discrete amplification of the complete genome.
