FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises housing with axial loading pipe and tangential discharge pipe, top and bottom horizontal discs arranged in said housing to run therein and provided with impact elements secured in concentric circles. Every impact element is arranged between impact elements of opposite disc. Spreader pipes bent in direction opposite that of top disc rotation are arranged at axial loading pipe outlet at the angle to top horizontal disc. Diffuser is secured art ne end of said spreader pipe, its larger diameter D making (0.6-0.8)h, where h is height of impact elements, m. Angle of inclination α of spreader pipes to top horizontal disc is larger than ground material natural slope angle. Distance a between ends of diffusers and impact elements is larger than maximum size of ground particles. Device for material uniform distribution over working chamber perimeter is arranged at bottom horizontal disc under spreader pipes. Note here that horizontal sieving surface is arranged aligned with loading pipe and having concentric rows of bores their diameter making 5-10d, where d is the finished product diameter. Diameter of said surface equals ID of loading pipe.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of grinding.
