SUBSTANCE: the suggested vaccine as antigens contains the cell suspension of pure culture of salmonellosis agent Salmonella typhimurium and streptococcosis Streptococcus pneumoniae obtained due to selecting affected organs in dead nutrias from local epizootic focus, preparing the suspension and fulfilling inoculation onto differentially-diagnostic media. One should isolate pure cultures and separately grow the cultures of salmonellosis agents Salmonella typhimurium and Streptococcus pneumoniae in beef-extract broth at addition of glucose at concentration being about 4-5 bln. microbial cells/cu. cm. The vaccine, also, contains formalin and aluminum hydroxide at the following ratio of components, weight%: cell suspension of pure culture of salmonellosis agent Salmonella typhimurium isolated from local epizootic focus, in nutritive medium at the titer of about 4-5 bln. microbial cells/cu. cm 38.0-41.5; cell suspension of pure culture of streptococosis agent Streptococcus pneumoniae isolated from local epizootic focus, in nutritive medium at the titer of about 4-5 bln. microbial cells/cu. cm 38.0-41.5; glucose 2.0-1.0, formalin 2.0-1.0; aluminum hydroxide - the rest. The vaccine is of high immunogenic activity, it forms pronounced tense immunity, causes no post-vaccinal complications being stable at storage.
