FIELD: adjustable hydraulic machines including axial-flow variable-displacement piston ones.

SUBSTANCE: proposed axial-flow piston machine has rocking assembly and adjusting mechanism. Housing of the latter accommodates adjusting piston with rod kinematically coupled through pin with adjusting piston ring on one end and with rocking assembly distributor, on other end. Cavity to receive adjusting piston is made in adjusting mechanism housing on one end relative to pin. Rod and piston cavities are formed, respectively, in first cavity between opposite butt-ends of adjusting piston. Piston rod runs to second cavity made in adjusting mechanism housing on other end from pin. Adjusting piston position transducer has spring, permanent magnet, and Hall-effect sensor. Spring is installed between opposite butt-end surfaces of adjusting piston rod and inner butt-end surface of adjusting mechanism housing or cover. Spring is coupled through its one end with adjusting piston rod. Last turn of spring is fixed in position on one end to prevent its turning relative to housing. Permanent magnet is disposed inside working turn of spring. Hall-effect sensor is installed within adjusting mechanism housing on outer side against permanent magnet.

EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced reliability, and reduced overall dimensions.
