FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adjustable hydraulic machines, namely, to axial-piston machines with variable displacement. Proposed axial-piston machine with control piston travel converter contains rocking unit and adjusting mechanism with rocking unit position control piston. Piston travel converter contains Hall sensor installed over control piston. Two springs are successively installed between adjusting mechanism housing or other stop rigidly coupled with mechanism housing and control piston. First spring has higher stiffness and second spring has lower stiffness. Second spring is installed between first spring and control piston. Control piston travel converter has permanent magnet coupled with first spring to provide coordinated movement of first spring and permanent magnet.
EFFECT: reduced overall dimension of axial-piston machine, improved reliability of its operation.
