FIELD: mechanical engineering; adjustable hydraulic machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to variable-displacement axial-piston machines. Proposed adjustable axial-piston machine with inclined plate contains pumping unit, displacement regulator and inclined plate position sensor. Pumping unit contains cylinder block, distributor and inclined plate. Displacement regulator contains control piston installed in space of displacement regulator and mechanically coupled with inclined plate. Permanent magnet and Hall sensor pointed to control piston are installed in housing. Section of variable cross section with unidirectional change of cross section in direction of displacement of control piston is found on surface of control piston. Size of variable section of control piston in direction of displacement of control piston is not less than stroke of control piston. Control piston is made of magnetic materials. Permanent magnet with Hall sensor are arranged relative to variable section to provide location of variable section opposite to permanent magnet and Hall sensor over entire stroke of control piston.
EFFECT: increased reliability and reduced overall dimensions.
