FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns facility for manufacturing iron melt, particularly steel melt. In facility of receiving iron melt is plasma melting furnace and reactor of prereduction which has common side wall. In reactor brickwork there are implemented uptakes, one of which is connected to furnace offtake gas flue, and other uptakes in butt end of bottom part are outfitted by plasmatron and correspond plasmachemical producer furnace. In each uptake there are installed sprayer for feeding air, steam and natural gas. In top part of reactor there is located mixing chamber for reducing gas flows. In bottom part of reactor there is located fire grate, lower than tilt boundary of which there is located pipeline of effluent gas from reactor.
EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption, increasing of receiving efficiency of metalised pellet and steel.
