FIELD: optical electronics.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, on dielectric substrate positioned are hermetic body, consisting of cylinder or parallelepiped with inlet window and base of part of substrate, and also radio components of interface of measuring system. On the base of body metallic conductors are positioned, film thermo-pair. Common electrode acts as heater and is made in form of curved ribbon, which serially connects thermo-sensitive elements to each other. On back side of substrate by means of current layout circuit, outputs of common electrode are connected to impulse voltage source, outputs of thermo-pair are connected to thermo-controller, while signal outputs of thermo-sensitive elements are connected to analog commutator of measuring system interface.
EFFECT: creation of multi-element thermal receiver with high resolution and even zonal sensitivity.
