FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: thermal radiation receiver has a sealed housing consisting of a base with outputs and a cover with an input window which is transparent for the detected radiation. In front of the window, there is a dielectric substrate on whose face there are an exposed, compensation and a signal film-type heat-sensitive element with electrodes connected to contact pads lying on the perimetre of the substrate. On the back side of the substrate there is a film-type heater with electrodes connected to contact pads. The film-type heat-sensitive elements have a circular shape, wherein the compensation and signal film-type heat-sensitive elements lie on the periphery of the substrate and the exposed film-type heat-sensitive element lies opposite the input window. There are two microresistors on the front surface of the substrate. The dielectric substrate is attached to the base with possibility of forming two identical air gaps: between the window and the substrate and between the substrate and the base of the housing.
EFFECT: high measurement accuracy.
