FIELD: metallurgy industry; methods of application of the plastic metals coating on the surfaces of the arbor type details.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of metallurgy, in particular, to the method of application of the plastic metals coating on the surface of the arbor type detail and may be used to increase the service life and reliability of operation of the assemblies and aggregates of the transport engineering. The method provides for the mutual friction of the work piece and the tool made out of the plastic metals by rotation of the detail and the tool advance with provision of the contact of its consumable part with the surface of the detail at their damping by the technological medium. The consumable part of the tool is made with the ring surface, in the middle which there is the cylindrical tank for the technological medium, the tangential line to the lower point of which is arranged in the contact zone of the detail surface and the ring-type surface of the consumable part of the tool, and the damping by the technological medium is exercised in the sections of the areas of the contacting surfaces adjacent to boundary zone of the contact. The tool support is made hemispherical. The outer part of the tool is mounted in the stationary is elastic-movable support with the slant platform at the angle of0...300° to the horizontal axis of the detail with the capability of rotation and translational advance at the constant contact of its hemispherical supporting part with the slant platform. In the process of the wear of the ring surface of the tool consumable part the invention ensures continuous advance of the tool at preservation of the preset value of the pressure in the contact zone with the detail surface of during the whole process of the coating application. The method ensures improvement of the quality and efficiency of application of the wear-resistant and non-tearing coating at reduction of the financial, labor and power inputs for the method realization with the annual economic effect of operation of one such technological installation exceeding one million and a half rubles.
