SUBSTANCE: method comprises using two plants one of which is provided with sprinkler whose cooling efficiency should be determined . The air is supplied through air suckers, heat exchangers, and humidifying devices. The water is heated in the heat exchangers and is supplied to the water distributors provided with sprinkling members.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of the method.
