SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in cooling towers of industrial enterprises and thermal power plants. Essence of the proposed method consists in the fact that in a closed recirculating cycle of the cooling tower, which is formed with cooling tower 1, air treatment device 2, steam/gas/air pipelines 3 and condensate pipelines 4 there installed is capacitive accumulator-regulator 5 of water condensate, with that, accumulator-regulator 5 of water condensate is a regulator for maintenance of the required water volume of the cooling tower and a service water supply system and at the same time the primary condensation heat storage, with that, phase heat accumulator-regulator 6 with heat capacitive substance is installed, with that, condensation of a steam-gas-air mixture takes place in the air treatment device on a cooling heat exchange surface with the temperature equal to or lower than a dew point, with that, the heat exchange surface is shaped with one or more subsequent methods: heat exchange tubes via which working process liquid circulates with the temperature equal to or lower than dew point, operation of a cooling plant, introduction to the steam-gas-air mixture of cold liquid or solid particles, by compression of the steam-gas-air mixture, with that, the heat exchange surface is shaped with one or more subsequent methods: heat exchange tubes via which working process liquid circulates with the temperature equal to or lower than dew point, by operation of the cooling plant, introduction to the steam-gas-air mixture of cold liquid or solid particles, by compression of the steam-gas-air mixture so that condensed phase can be thermodynamically more stable than gaseous one at achieved values of temperature and pressure, with that, condensation heat from the recirculating cycle is collected in the heat accumulator-regulator, from which it is supplied with heat pump 7 to a heat consumer for its intended purpose 8, with that, recirculation of the steam-gas-air mixture and air cleaned from moisture and cooled is performed in the closed recirculating cycle due to increasing difference of pressures of saturated steam and non-saturated steam in air cleaned from moisture and cooled and forced air supply with suction or pressure fan 9, with that, cooling of water below temperature values of wet-bulb thermometer of atmospheric air occurs and dependence of operation of the cooling tower on an external water source, on state of atmospheric air is reduced, and high concentration of heat accumulation is achieved, with that, excess air volume is removed through control valve 10 and refilled through an inlet valve.
EFFECT: invention allows controlling and maintaining the required water volume of a cooling tower and a service water supply system.
