SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to study renal function due to radio isotope renoscintigraphy in combination with acute pharmacological sample with captopril. One should estimate the value of renal plasma flow (RPF) both before and after acute pharmacological sample with captopril. The value of the index of RPF reserve (IRPFR) should be detected as the ratio of the difference of the values of obtained and normal RPF against the value of normal RPF according to mathematical formula: IRPFR=(RPFx-RPFN)/RPFN, where RPFx - the value of RPF obtained at studying - before and after the sample with captopril, ml/min; RPFN - the value of expected RPF detected according to nomograms by taking into consideration a patient's age, body weight and height, in ml/min. By comparing the values of the indices of RPFR before and after acute pharmacological sample with captopril it is necessary to evaluate the state of intrarenal hemodynamics, activity of local-renal renin-angiotensin system and renal reserve. The innovation enables to carry out earlier diagnostics for disorders of intrarenal hemodynamics, evaluate the state of local-renal renin-angiotensin system and renal reserve, additionally detect risk factors for progressing renal pathology and, also, state upon the tactics of therapy and renal prediction.
