FIELD: technology for controlling large-dimensional objects.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, during ultrasound control of products with small diameter channel ultrasound oscillations are introduced to product, dome of product is sounded through and ultrasound oscillations are received by receiving transformer in air environment, while ultrasound oscillations having passed the dome of product and injected into air space of product channel are sent onto rectilinear plane of object positioned inside channel of product, such as a plate mounted at an angle to axis of product, by means of which ultrasound oscillations are directed along the channel of product, injected into tube mounted inside the product, mounted coaxially with product channel, and received by receiving transformer at outlet of the pipe and, also, a certain total of distances is upheld, including distance from surface of product channel to plate and from plate to receiving transformer.
EFFECT: possible non-destructive control of products with small diameter channels and increased quality and reliability of control due to provision of sufficiently stable level and signal shape.
