SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used for diagnosing endometritis. To this end, cell and humoral immunity values at the system level are determined with subsequent construction of discriminant classification functions based on the discriminant method for the patients with acute endometritis. If values of discriminant equation of cellular immunity, equal to 63172289647.364÷72832909647.445, and values of discriminant equation of humoral immunity, equal to 2238.60÷2578.74, acute endometritis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides the improved diagnosis of acute endometritis by the most informative indices of cellular and humoral immunity with reducing the number of determined indicators of systemic cell and humoral immunity.
