FIELD: the invention refers to radio technique and may be used for measuring impulse power of radio technique arrangements.
SUBSTANCE: the technical result of the invention is in increasing dynamic diapason of the converter of measured powers at increasing sensitiveness. The essence of the invention is in converting microwave frequency power into constant voltage having electro dynamic structure with a microwave frequency power input and a low frequency output and a semi conductive transforming element with two electrodes having with it ohm contacts connected with the low frequency output. The transforming element is fulfilled in the shape of a semi conductive film out of material with charge carrier mobility no less then 104 cm2/V sec on a dielectric foundation and with thickness not exceeding the thickness of the skin-layer on the central converting frequency with possibility of exciting in it a surface electro magnetic wave. At that the transforming element is located along the direction of the propagation of the microwave frequency power. The converter may have an additional electrode for excitation of a surface electro magnetic wave. One of the electrodes having an ohm contact may be compatible with the electrode for excitation the surface electro magnetic wave in the film. Antinomous indium may be used in quality of material for the film.
EFFECT: increases sensitiveness.
