SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical operation on tightening the mouth of a great subcutaneous vein together with its branches (crossectomy) in case of surgical treatment of inferior limbs' varicosis. So, it is necessary to fulfill an incision along inguinal skin fold, before interference the skin should be marked accurately along inguinal fold, but during the moment of incision one should shift the skin with subcutaneous fiber maximally distally by shifting, moreover, the bottom of wound cavity. The innovation enables to improve healing process of post-surgical wound and increase esthetic properties of post-surgical cicatrix in case of crossectomic operation.
