Invention relates to compounds of the formula (I): and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts and esters wherein R1 represents phenyl; R2 represents (C1-C8)-alkyl; R represents (C1-C8)-alkyl, aralkyl, phenyl, (C1-C8)-alkylcarbonyl, phenylcarbonyl, (C1-C8)-alkyl-S(O)2- or phenyl-S(O)2-; R4 represents aralkyl; R5, R6, R7 and R8 represent hydrogen atom; n = 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. Invention provides preparing medicinal agents used in prophylaxis and/or treatment of diseases mediated by agonists of PPARα and/or PPARγ.
