SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes blending of salt base comprising of mineral salts with glycerol, dissolution of salt base and glycerol mixture, providing of malachite green solution, egg mass providing and blending of prepared solutions with egg mass; wherein salt base and glycerol mixture is dissolved in 0.1 % sodium humate solution, and components are used in the next amount: magnesium sulfate (MgSO4 x 7H2O) 0.5 g; sodium citrate (C6H5O7Na3 x 5.5H2O) 0.1 g; ferrous-aluminum alum (Fe(NH4)(SO4)2 x 12H2O) 0.05 g; monosubstituted potassium sulfate (KH2PO4) 20.0; monosubstituted ammonium citrate (C6H11O7N) 5.0; monosubstituted sodium glutaminate (C3H8NaO4 x H2O) 10.0; glycerol (C3H8O3) 20.0 ml; 0.1 % sodium humate (C39H68O26N3)n solution up to 1000.0 ml. Method of present invention make it possible to produce the first generation of MBT cultures by 3 days earlier and to increase biomass by 2.1 times in relates to control.
EFFECT: accelerated method of increased productivity.
