FIELD: inspection of thin materials.
SUBSTANCE: several parts of material are subject to influence of ultrasonic waves and passage of ultrasonic waves through material is determined and analyzed. Moreover passage of ultrasonic waves with different frequencies through material is determined and criterion of quality evaluation is found for material being subject to ultrasound, which criterion is based upon frequency dependence of diffraction at pores.
EFFECT: high degree of detection of damaged, preliminary, porous parts.
