FIELD: chemical industry; heat and power industry, nonferrous metallurgy; other industries; methods of extraction of the colloid silica from the hydrothermal heat-carriers.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of extraction of the chemical compounds from the liquid phase of the hydrothermal heating carrier. The method of extraction of the colloidal silica from the liquid phase of the hydrothermal heating carrier provides for the aging of the hydrothermal solution, nucleation and polymerization of the ortho silicic acid with creation of the colloidal particles of silica, introduction of the cations of the metal and formation of the aggregates of the silica particles. The cations of the metals are introduced in the amounts less than critical amounts so, that to prevent the flocculation; and after introduction of the cations of the metals the solution is filtered through the membrane filters with the pores diameter of 0.025 - 1.0 micron. The technical result of the invention is extraction of the colloidal particles of the silica from the liquid phase of the hydrothermal heating-carrier and production of the finely dispersible amorphous silicon dioxide with the low concentration of impurities of up to 1.0-0.1 mass % and below, which is used in the industry; reduction of the colloidal silica concentration in the hydrothermal separators of the geo-electric power station (GEPS), geo-thermal power stations (GTPS) and thus regulation of the rates of the growth of the solid deposits limiting the possibility of usage of the heat-carrier, in the boreholes, pipelines, heating equipment of the GEPS, GTPS; the increased effectiveness of usage of the heat-carrier in the GEPS, GTPS.
EFFECT: the invention ensures extraction of the colloidal particles of the silica from the liquid phase of the hydrothermal heating-carrier and production of the finely dispersible amorphous silicon dioxide with the low concentration of impurities below one mass percent; reduction of the colloidal silica concentration in the hydrothermal separators in the GEPS, GTPS.
