SUBSTANCE: device comprises electric motor, axial fan, additional axial fan mounted on the extended axle of the electric motor, and radiator with stiffening ribs. The central zone of the radiator, which is the most heated zone, is made of a material with increased heat conductivity. The height of the stiffening ribs in the central zone of the radiator is less than that in the peripheral zone. The total area of the horizontal and inclined surfaces of the smaller ribs is greater or equal to the total area of the ribs in the peripheral zone of the radiator.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
