SUBSTANCE: the device has a switch containing microelectromechanical components, the microelectromechanical components have: a sealed chamber containing a dielectric element and conductors in the sealed chamber. The conductors are made in such a way that application of voltage higher than the preset on at least to one of the conductors causes an ionization break-down of the dielectric element for provision of a conducting path between the conductors. An another modification the switch has a nanotubular electronic radiator or an isotropic electronic radiator.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of the switches due to the reduced resistance and inductance provided due to the reduced overall dimensions of them, as well as provided integration with the other components and reduced reliability and safety.
