SUBSTANCE: method involves creating regulated medium during storage of sweet pepper and exposing said medium to magnetic field within frequency range of 22-24 Hz during 10-15 min with periodicity of 2-3 times per month.
EFFECT: provision for creating of resource saving, ecologically clean, safe process for storage of sweet pepper, prolonged shelf life and retention of commercial appearance of product.
