The method of storage of fresh white cabbage includes processing the cabbage before laying it for storage with an electromagnetic field of extremely law frequencies at a frequency of 32-34 Hz and a magnetic induction of 9-12 MT for 5-10 minutes.

EFFECT: implementation of the method will allow, in comparison with the known one, reducing the loss of cabbage mass by almost half, reducing the loss of vitamin C by 19.4-20.0% and reducing the loss of vitamin K by 16.4-16.5%.
