FIELD: food processing industry, in particular food compositions containing specific mixtures of food lipids to enhance intracellular lipid levels in myocytes.
SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains: oleic acid 50-70 %; n-6 linoleic acid 20-35%; n-6 linolenic acid or n-6 fatty acids with londer chain 15-25 %; stearinic and palmitic acids 0-15 % (in total); polyunsaturated n-3 fatty acids 1-10 %. Lipid mixture is used for foodstuff production. Said method includes blending of lipis mixture with edible carrier.
EFFECT: product with optimal balance between glycogen and myocyte intracellular lipids.
