The application of a dairy mixture other than human milk having a fatty acid profile is proposed, where the weight ratio of linoleic acid to alpha linoleic acid is 4 - 15, the mixture containing at least 10 wt % of palmic acid residues of the total quantity of fatty acids residues in triglycerides with at least 30 wt % of palmic acid residues in the sn-2 position of the total quantity of fatty acids residues in triglycerides; the composition prevents adiposity in further life with a version proposed for reduction of the weight of fat relative to total body weight.
EFFECT: proposed dairy mixtures program the body throughout the period of babyhood for a more healthy growth in further life and reduction of weight mass fraction.
