SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for high-productivity screening by using duckweed. in one embodiment such methods are used in identification of nucleotide sequences encoding polypeptides of interest. In another embodiment said methods are used in identification of sequences which modulate expression of target nucleotide sequence.
