FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: methods include: subcultivation of one week suspension culture of a plant, which comprises a plant cell having a cell wall, in fresh cultural medium containing an effective amount of an inhibitor of microtubules within 4-7 days, coating of a nanoparticle having a diameter of 150 nm or less with the molecule of interest; bringing of the plant subculture and the coated nanoparticle in contact with each other; co-incubation of the plant subculture and the coated nanoparticle for at least 20 minutes in order to ensure absorption of the nanoparticle and the molecule of interest in the plant cell, comprising a cell wall, where the absorption is not carried out by means of the method of biolistics, gene gun, microinjection or impalefection.
EFFECT: invention enables to administer effectively the molecule of interest in a plant cell having a cell wall.
