FIELD: glass industry; methods of production of the reflex metal-oxide coatings.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the film coatings and is dealt with the development of the method of production of the titanium oxide and-or the iron oxide film coatings possessing the heat-and-light reflecting properties, and may be used at manufacture of the tinted light-reflecting glass of the large size, and at deposition of the decorative coatings, patterns on the ceramic ware, and also at formation of the dielectric and semi-conducting coatings with the special properties in the electronics. The method includes deposition on the substrate of the layer composed of the film-forming solution including iron hydroxynitrate and (or) titanium hydroxynitrate, the boric acid, the surface-active substance and the water-soluble organic solvent, in the capacity of which they preferentially use the ethyl or isopropyl alcohols, or acetone. Process is conducted with the speed of the coating deposition of no more than 30 m/h, and the thermal treatment is conducted at the temperature of no less than 200°С. The method ensures production of the qualitative coatings with the reflectivity factor of 42 % in the broad band of the spectrum (400-1200 nanometers) and the light transmission factor of 35-50 %. At that thus process is conducted with the high efficiency at the rather low power inputs.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the qualitative coatings with the reflectivity factor of 42 % in the broad band of the spectrum, the light transmission factor of 35-50 %; and the process is conducted with the high efficiency at the rather low power input.
