FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: film-forming solution (FFR) containing TEOS-H2O-C2H5OH-HCl with a mole ratio of components of 1:3:2.5:1⋅10-3 by stirring it for 30 minutes at a temperature of 35-40°C. Subsequently, a modifying organic additive is added to the POR-the cold coating composition "КХП-19" or "КХП-23" in an amount of 0.5-1.5 wt % of the POR. Prior to coating the substrate, the POR is diluted with ethyl alcohol in a ratio of 1:(2-6) and stirred for 30 minutes. The heat treatment of the coated substrate is carried out at a temperature of 350°C for 15 minutes.
EFFECT: increasing the integral coefficient light transmission.
