FIELD: poultry science.
SUBSTANCE: broiler chickens should be fed with a fodder additive - gourd paste obtained due to fermenting with lactic acid bacteria and conserved with benzoic acid. This additive should be introduced into the feedstuff at the quantity of about 5-7% against the feedstuff weight. The innovation enables to increase commercial quality of carcasses in poultry.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
