SUBSTANCE: it has been suggested a dosed physical loading for developing functions of cardiovascular and respiratory systems. On implementing physical loading a patient should delay respiration at inhalation - apnea-1, followed by the rest to fulfill the delay of respiration once again at inhalation - apnea-2 and according to the ratio of apnea-2 duration against that of apnea-1 it is possible to determine the level of human health and human working capacity. Moreover, the level of excellent health and working capacity is considered to be the ratio of apnea-2 against apnea-1 ranged 2.05-2.25, the ratio of apnea-2 against apnea-1 being equal to 1.05 and lower and equal to 3.25 and higher indicates inconsiderable reconstruction in the functions of cardiovascular and respiratory systems after removal of suggested loading and excessive value of the latter.
