FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a working chamber with an input device for contacting phases in the form of an injection mixing unit, the nozzle of which is located directly in the chamber of the machine, an emulsion output branch pipe, with concentrically mounted rotor and stator with radial channels. The central part of the rotor has the form of a truncated cone with a depression in the apex and, with at least two concentric annular protrusions on the lateral surface. Blades are mounted on the inner surface of the truncated cone of the central part of the rotor.
EFFECT: increasing homogeneity of the resulting emulsion while ensuring a high degree of its dispersion due to an increase in the relative velocities of the interacting phases.
